Publications
NSChE planned the #GardenCity_2026 conference to be largely paperless and digitally accessible. All publications including the final program, book of abstracts, conference proceedings and related materials will be provided to participants in soft copy format via flash drive and online access. Presentation slides may also be made available online after the conference. Participants who prefer a printed copy of the conference proceedings may request one during registration at production cost.

Conference Attire
NSChE conferences are generally conducted in business casual attire.

Meals
NSChE will provide lunches on 12–14 November 2026, coffee breaks during conference sessions, and a conference dinner during the event period at the venue. Participants with special dietary requirements are advised to speak with a representative of the welfare committee to determine if their preferences can be accommodated.

Accessibility
If you have a disability and/or special accessibility needs and require assistance, please send your request and phone number by email to conference@nsche.org by 13 October 2026. A representative of the HSSE sub-committee will contact you to discuss your specific requirements.

Video/Audio Policy
Individuals officially designated by NSChE may photograph, videotape, and/or audiotape conference events. By attending the conference, you consent to the use of your image by NSChE for documentation and promotional purposes. Participants are expected not to obstruct the views of others during such activities. Official photographers will capture key moments such as fellowship investiture, awards ceremonies and major sessions. These images may be shared online for registered participants to access and download.

Insurance and Liability
NSChE, the Local Organizing Committee (LOC), and the conference venue will not be responsible for medical expenses, accidents, loss of personal belongings, or other damages incurred during or as a result of participation in the conference, including associated tours and social events. Participants are strongly encouraged to arrange their own insurance coverage for health, travel, and personal belongings.

Registration and Fees
All participants including delegates, session chairs, invited speakers, presenters, exhibitors, and organizers are required to register for the conference. NSChE does not provide funding for registration or travel expenses. Delegates will receive official conference badges during check-in, which must be worn to access conference sessions and activities.

Payment and Refund Policies
To qualify for the Early Bird rate, both the registration form and payment must be completed by 31 August 2026. Payments may be made via debit or credit card in Naira for local participants and in USD for international delegates through the available payment channels on the registration page. Registration closes on 25 October 2026. Participants are encouraged to register early to enable efficient planning by the LOC.

NSChE will refund registration fees upon written request received before 25 October 2026. A 15% administrative processing fee will apply. After this date, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. Substitutions of registered participants may be made in writing without financial penalty. Approved refunds will be processed after the conference.
